Stacked Double Log Periodic Antennas

Stacked Double Log Periodic Antenna is a composite antenna array with two log periodic antennas. Its performance is better than that of a single log periodic antenna: it has a flatter antenna gain and a lower VSWR in the broadband. The stacked design makes the directionality of the antenna in the horizontal plane more centralized, and the gain of the antenna is improved by 2 - 3dB compared with the standard log periodic antenna.

Description
Stacked Double Log Periodic Antenna is a composite antenna array with two log periodic antennas. Its performance is better than that of a single log periodic antenna: it has a flatter antenna gain and a lower VSWR in the broadband. The stacked design makes the directionality of the antenna in the horizontal plane more centralized, and the gain of the antenna is improved by 2 - 3dB compared with the standard log periodic antenna. In the experiment of electromagnetic immunity, this characteristic is particularly prominent when it needs larger field strength and better field uniformity. The beam width of the dual log periodic broadband stack antenna is the same in the horizontal and vertical plane, which can reduce the interference of the ground reflection and optimize the radiation field of the measured body. In addition, the dual log periodic stack antenna has a better cross polarization suppression system.
