Description:

Wide range of measurement capabilities: 

Universal optical fiber temperature (pressure / strain / displacement) signal acquisition instrument, which can stably and accurately collect temperature, pressure, strain, displacement and other physical signals in harsh environments such as strong electromagnetic field interference, flammability, explosion, damp heat corrosion, etc.


Based on Fiber Optic Sensing Technology:

The fiber optical sensing technology is adopted in the signal acquisition instrument, which can directly convert the temperature (pressure, strain, displacement) and other physical quantities into optical signals. In the measurement process of "physical quantity change optical signal", the sensor is composed of optical fiber and medium crystal, without any electronic structure. Therefore, it can adapt to strong electromagnetic interference, humid and hot environment, chlorine rich environment, flammable and explosive environment sensitive to electric sparks, oil and gas extraction and storage, etc., which are strong interference, harsh and safety sensitive environment.


Intrinsic safety:

Because the whole sensor is composed of complete optical fiber, there is no electronic structure and electrical signal in the measurement transfer process, so the acquisition system has an enhanced security than traditional ways.


Anti-interference:

Because of the characteristics of optical fiber materials, the acquisition instrument and sensor have good long-term life and long-term reliability.

Modular structure:

The signal acquisition instrument adopts modular design. The basic measurement module unit is an expandable dual channel measurement board, which can be flexibly selected according to the test requirements. The single instrument can be expanded to 26 channels at most and 1300 channels online at most.


High speed synchronous sampling:

Each acquisition channel is independent of each other. The acquisition type and sampling frequency of each channel can be set respectively. The synchronous sampling frequency of each channel can reach up to 1000Hz.


Flexible communication interface:

All instruments adopt standard specification interface, the sensor part is standard LC interface, and the communication part is standard Ethernet interface, which is convenient for users to export data for secondary development. Each channel is equipped with corresponding analog output port, which is convenient for users to integrate into the autonomous measurement system.
